Refund and Cancellation Policy

Draft for Writing Guru to review before launch. Not yet in force. The points marked “to confirm” are his to decide.

Our promise

• No advance fee. You pay nothing before the classes begin. When the fee is due: to confirm.
• No result, no fee. If the handwriting does not improve, you do not pay. How a result is judged, and over what period: to confirm.
• Writing speed can dip for a few days while a student adapts to the new technique. That is expected and is not a missing result.

Refunds

If a fee has been paid and the result does not come: whether we refund it, in full or in part, how to ask, and how long it takes: to confirm.

The WG Kit

The WG Kit (Care books, a mobile stand, a file and a pen) is not part of any plan. If you bought one, whether it can be returned: to confirm.

Cancelling a plan

How to cancel, and what is charged for classes already taken: to confirm.

Moving or missing a class

How much notice is needed to move a class, and what happens to a missed one: to confirm.
